New Rehab Clinic
When a patient is referred to St. Mary's of Michigan for outpatient rehabilitation services, he or she is entrusting our more than 50 highly skilled therapists with the task of improving mobility, reducing pain, improving quality of life, and, in many cases, restoring hope.
Providing specialty rehabilitation services is a vital part of our comprehensive, healing-edge care here at St. Mary's of Michigan.
So, to improve our service, Rehabilitation Services is consolidating some locations and services as of November 8. Our primary care facilities in Birch Run, Chesaning and Vassar, as well as at St. Mary's of Michigan-Gratiot and St. Mary's of Michigan-Riverfront will continue to offer the same rehabilitation services.
The most notable change is with our two facilities in the Towne Centre area - at the Vanguard Building (Spine Care) and Medical Arts III. There will be one large, multi-service facility in the Vanguard Building, where orthopedic and hand therapies will join the spine care program. A smaller, highly specialized facility will relocate to the first floor of Medical Arts III for cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema treatment, women's/men's health and vestibular disorders.
If you have any questions about these changes, please contact Deb Rievert at 497-3112 or Dan Scheffer at 498-5120.
