Clinical Trial For Those Who Suffer From High Blood Pressure

St. Mary's of Michigan along with Michigan CardioVascular Institute is one of only two sites in Michigan to offer a new clinical study for high blood pressure. The Barostim neo is an investigational medical device designed to work in concert with the body’s natural blood pressure regulation system to reduce hard-to-control blood pressure.

If you or a loved one has tried multiple medications for high blood pressure and still can't get the numbers under control, this study may be right for you. Participants must meet certain eligibility requirements such as currently taking three or more cardiac medications and be age 21 to 80 years old.

Qualified participants will be treated by a team of local specialists and will receive all study related care at no cost.

Please call (989) 907-8031 to see if this study may be right for you.
