As an affiliate of St. Mary's of Michigan, Field Neurosciences Institute (FNI)
advances the prevention, early diagnosis, care, and cure of neurological disease by providing education programs for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and the public. It has participated in clinical research trials since 1998.
Duke, Stanford, MD Anderson, Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic and Yale are just a few of the research sites that are participating in the same clinical trials as FNI.
What is significant about our participation in these trials is the patient's opportunity to receive locally the latest, most "scrutinized" care for some very serious diseases.
Past trials have included groundbreaking research using adult stem cells and investigations into the effectiveness of a vaccine for glioblastoma.
